Poltesa.ac.id – Professional Certification Institute (LSP) P1 Sambas State Polytechnic (Poltesa) has successfully held Training and Certification of Competency Assessors (AsKom) Batch I for Poltesa Lecturers, activities carried out at Dangau Resort, Singkawang – West Kalimantan (Kalbar) starting on August 16-20 2021 it went well and smoothly.

According to Committee Chairman Budi Setiawan, ST, M.Sc, the AsKom Training and Certification activity went smoothly and successfully thanks to good cooperation and coordination between the Committee and BNSP, so that LSP P1 Poltesa managed to accommodate the five-day activity and brought in speakers and direct examiners. from BNSP, “The LSP P1 Poltesa Committee worked very optimally, we did quite thorough planning and preparation, starting from coordinating with BNSP, so BNSP sent Master Assessors to provide Competency Assessor Training and Certification for Poltesa Lecturers”, he explained.

According to the Head of LSP P1 Poltesa, Indra Mahyudi S, S.Pi., M.Sc. This AsKom training and certification is very important for Poltesa, “LSP is a Professional Certification Agency under the auspices of BNSP as an extension of BNSP to carry out certification, especially Poltesa students who are Vocational Colleges, so that recognition from the Business and Industrial World (DUDI) it is more satisfying”, he explained. Indra further explained, “The substance of the AsKom Training and Certification activity is to form a Competency Assessor who serves as an Assessor in the LSP P1 Poltesa Assessment activities”, he explained.

Indra also said that almost all of the participants who came from Poltesa Lecturers participated in the activity until it was finished, “out of 24 Lecturer Participants only 1 person did not succeed in participating until the end due to illness, and 1 Lecturer Participant was declared Incompetent (BK)”, he explained. .
